A few days later I then dealt with Everton to ensure his account was linked and with the correct credentials so it didn't happen again.

It happened again.

I was out this morning so tried to do it via the app and ended up having to come home and log on via a laptop. It seemed to work then, so not sure if it's an app issue, or a general system crash due to high demand.

Either way, it's completely unprofessional, to the point where you really start to resent the club and how it treats its fans.
