We parked 15/20 minute walk away, we got there 3 hours before kick off and it was empty, but don’t know what it would be like for a real match turning up an hour before.
We walked down Walter street I think it was, and it was already full of cars parked, a lot of them blue badges.
So I presume the closer to the ground you’d need to be there very early. Some of them were closed off anyway, but the official line was 2 hours before kick off.
