Everton had to commit to not abandoning L4 to get planning for BMD. That led initially to the Goodison Legacy project, now to Everton Women taking over Goodison. Everton in the Community are staying in L4.

In short, there will be an Everton presence there for a long time, so I do think the statues should stay where they are, in the community which has been the home of the club for most of its life.
