My understanding is that if footballers drink booze then they won't be as good as they could be / should be and their career will end earlier.

As long as Grealish doesn't drink in the run up to a game then he'll still be more talented abd capable than anything we have.

And provided he's on loan then it's not our concern if his career ends earlier than it should.

I really hope we get him - on loan - and ideally Richarlison as well.
