I need to shift about 1/1.5 stone and will 100% help get you there, just still need to be reasonable and mindful of what you do eat, but clearly by definition this gets you ahead and gives more margin. It's the ale with me, I do still drink a lot
I generally just do well off one meal a day anyway and explored the intermittent fasting a bit more once it become 'a thing'
I do running and exercise as well as so helps you focus on fuel for that, I've had a couple of instances whereby the tank has literally run dry which can't be great, albeit it's said cardio when fasted does get results in burning fat
