I used to have sardines in tomato, but haven’t had for a long time. I choose them in brine or sunflower oil, as our ginger cat Bally, named after Alan Ball, will eat these too, he wouldn’t touch sardines in tomato sauce. Maybe he doesn’t like anything red.
