In respect of your question, I suspect that if we saw all of the specific allegations and could reference those against a library of filmed footage and other supporting evidence (call sheets, dates/locations of filming, production notes etc etc) that we'd be in reasonable position to draw a distinction between where sufficient evidence exists to point to the probability of a happening, as opposed to an improbability.

It's that balance of probability and standard of reasonableness that's the basic measurement in these kinds of complaint/allegation, rather than the stricter standard applied to a criminal case for instance.
