I was thinking of posting something similar. We’ve allowed football to do this to us really. It’s like the kit thing in another thread, we’ve got to the point now where we get three brand new kits each season that cost about 150 quid each. And now people are buying cheap knock offs from china. This stuff is utterly mental. People have even been priced out of watching games legally on tv and resort to illegal streams which no doubt fuel all manner of organised crime gangs.

It’s easily the most rancid sport out there. And it’s just getting worse and worse each season.
