Where do I go to get a app to download my images

to a download folder.? Everytime I go to download and then retrive it to put it in a folder it says it needs a load app. Any ideas on this one?? ALSO a spell checker thingy? I have no more spell checker..and now for the BIG one...my mind! it`s going fast if not already. ha!
Everything was toilerable but my son came and bam! told him not to touch anything..but he knew it all. ugh!
