Even the wireless mouse uses a little connector that is plugged into a USB socket that sends the mouse signal to the computer.

I don't take many pictures with my cellphone like most younger people do.
But when I do, my cellphone uses a charging cable plugged into my computer to download those pictures from the cellphone.
