Found possible burial, assuming that her name mis recorded, could have had a nickname, Timmie could have become Tammie?
John Gooding buried 1829 st St Pauls Churchyard Exeter, and Thomasin 1769-1848. died aged 78/79
so she should be on the census somewhere in 1841. Could have moved to live with offspring after his death? as church accommodation would not have been available after that.
I think her father was church connected, so she could have been born anywhere in the country, and given the ways of society in those days, John Gooding could have been church connected too.
There is a website associated with Crockfords I think , gives vicars names, might be worth searching for that, I cant remember the address.

Not all records for exeter on line, so a trip to the heritage centre might help, Lots of Name indexes etc, might even give residents of the close.
