I do have her marriage certificate and her fathers name is given as Charles John Edwards a miner it does not indicate that he was deceased.
The only Selina Edwards I can find was born in March 1878 her mother is given as Selina Edwards formerly Burton and her father as Richard Edwards.
I thought that might be her, my thinking being that Richard might have been Charles's brother her parents died and she had been brought up by Charles and Ann but both families are on the 1881 census and both have a daughter called Selina with them.
My Selina is then on the 1891 with Ann Edwards but the other Selina seems to have vanished.
By 1901 Selina is in Moretenhampstead working as a Tap Manageress with her husband William Thomas Parker.
Her birth remains a mystery.
