Hi Joan,
Thanks for you help and for looking, Charles is in the Workhouse in Helston on the 1881 census I cant find him on the 1891 but cant find a death either. On Selina's marriage certificate in 1899 he is down as a miner but does not show as deceased. Just another mystery to solve in the life of Family History.
