I am looking at an 1891 census entry in Withycombe Raleigh, Exmouth, RG12/1676/55/31. At schedule number 220 14 Charles St, is my ancestor Samuel A Parker his wife Susan and daughter Beatrice. The next entry 221 does not give an address and it reads reads John Kelland Head, Amelia V Wife and Amelia M Daughter.

The next schedule number 221 shows the address as 15 Charles St with a different family living there.

Am I right in thinking that John and Amelia are living with Samuel and Susan.
