According to Tithe Apportionments for Bickleigh there was
Higher Frogmere occupied by a William Dawe and
Lower Frogmere occupied by a John Hamlyn
Assuming one of these is the correct one that you are tracing, then would need to find on Tithe Map and then place that on a newer map.
