I have a question along similar lines.
This week was tuned to WGTO (910 AM) out of Dowagiac, Michigan. As noted previously, it is owned by Larry Langford. When it came to make the station ID it identified as 97.1 and 96.7 “The Ride.” Obviously it was simulcast. Happened several times. It never gave the AM ID.
My question. Are stations required to give the actual ID?
97.1 operates out of South Bend and 96.7 out of Dowagiac. They also have a second translator (97.5 FM) out if Valparaiso, Indiana.
