Happy I could provide a free flashback for all of you! Lol.
The HD3 is the former HD2, it is WSKQ, the ratings monster in NYC. (no clue why they would want to simulcast it here?)
I have NO CLUE what replaced WLEY-HD2. I can't get an ID and I do not know the language. 🤷🏻♂️
