KHits was making money at the time. It was the weakest of the cluster and they saw a win win 104.3 Jams/B96, again at the time. WLS-FM would not be where they are at, or even here, if KHits had continued.

It is a matter of time 104.3 will simulcast. Especially with the issues Audacity is having, post BKP. There is only so much money from Soros that will float them. The AM properties at some point will also be sold off for pennies on the dollar, what they used to command. Also a merger with Cumulus, I will be honest, they are both losing entities, a merger will prolong the inevitable, but buy them time.
