It looks like Newsweb overall is on it's way out, at least in part.

WCPT & WSBC are now owned by a side entity, Heartland Signal.

I don't see TKC or JK Holdings in the Public File anymore for WCPY. I'm wondering if they're sub leasing it from this new organization.
