Hi Hunter. I am not sure about them. It is possible. Also possible they fell off the charts (but I doubt it being a Sports station). I do not see why they would not pay for it, as they have to sell advertisements. WCPT is not in that same boat. Nor is KLOVE/EMF as they are non-comm, but they do pay for it to show large donors their reach.
