"Chicago's Newsradio 780" is what 780 used to send out when it transmit in HD. What I'm guessing is someone put in the wrong code for 96.3-2's RDS. Easy mistake to make since 96.3 is also WBBM. They probably put the code for WBBM HD, which would be 780, not WBBM-FM HD2
