When WLIT started going all Christmas, it actually was not until the day after Thanksgiving.

Early Christmas began happening in 2001. Obviously nobody was in a good mood. WOOD-FM (Now WSRW) in Grand Rapids rebranded and went all Christmas November 9th or 10th. WTRV in Grand Rapids also went all Christmas around that time. Was really unusual at the time.

Mid 2000s it was pretty commonplace. WLIT was forced into it by 100.3 which surprised everybody with all Christmas in the middle of November. Same happened in Milwaukee with WMYX.
