Depends on how much it is actually still billing and if they are willing to part with what it is still billing.
If it is dire enough for WSCR, then they'll flip one to an FM simulcast. If it's not, they'll wait.
Right now it's being run on the cheap. The jocks on the station are all either piped in or being used on other stations.
