My one and only flight in a seaplane was From St. George Harbor in Bermuda. Back in 1954, it was a Navy P5M. I was among a half dozen air search radar operators on a USCGC temporarily stationed in Bermuda. They wanted us to experience how our directives helped emergency landings of the seaplanes. They finished the flight with a circuit of Bermuda and a few views of underwater shipwrecks hat could be seen adjacent to the Island. An enjoyable experience but many years ago.
