Ok, so that explains why, during all of this time, we have not seen any posts here from ProgienicTen. Wow.
It has been a while since my International Business Law days at the University of Chicago Law School, but here are some points to bring up possibly involving the said defendant.
So, I gather from reading your post, UKdetective, he is still being held without bond or a had his "first appearance" (the British equivalent of the "initial appearance" in the USA judicial system) before a magistrate and is waiting for Extradition by the US State Department which handles those cases involving Americans being held by the British.
The arraignment would provide the documentation of said charges unless they are also foreign charges, but be mindful that the first consideration in assessing a client’s exposure to US litigation and the appropriate response to be taken to a threatened or actual US lawsuit. Some measure of protection for UK parties is afforded by carefully drafted, comprehensive business terms containing choice of law and jurisdiction provisions and limitations on consequential and punitive damages. But absent such prior, preventative measures, the question becomes whether a UK client can properly be sued in US courts and held criminally in the UK.
And it could take a long time to resolve those issues, and depending on the charges, ProgienicTen could possibly be held while the courts resolve case(s) between the USA and England.
From my understanding, he and his appointed or hired attorney can not plea Nolo contendere, which is not allowed in British courts, if he is held by the Americans. It gets dicey depending on what he did and where he did it.
Where was your source of the charges that you brought up in your September 24th message here?
I am not sure how Ireland is involved in this case, as I read that you said something about Dublin, and Irish officials may ask for a waver of release by the UK so that he could be brought to Ireland to face any punitive charges there. Wow, three counties involved in this? Who is this ProgienicTen guy?
If I had to guess, ProgienicTen is probably charged with Identity Theft, or criminal cyber-damage to property and corporate treason, and anything else that is said to have happened at Heathrow International Airport (LHR) in London.
If ProgienicTen has already been convicted, he could probably submit an Appellant's Brief, but that would probably take a good long while before it will come before a judge. An Expedited Appeal to the court could happen, but those cases usually are regarding issues of child custody, support, visitation, adoption, and paternity.
The Brits have an entire full listing here, which I just found if you all wish to read more:

I am kind of shocked to read all of this today. And this is the same guy, are you sure, who had posted all of the photo gallery of barbershops and haircut pictures? He is now is held in prison in England facing local and/or international charges? Bizarre.
Where did this name Michael come from? Are you sure that you don't mean "John Doe" (or placeholder "Joe Bloggs") that is used when the true name of a person is unknown or is being intentionally concealed by the defendant or the courts.
Geez, all of this? Would it not have been easier had ProgienicTen just been honest with who he is and admit that he was not Dan Gregory of the Regal Gentleman salon and hair cutting studios/college? He is alleged to have also siphoned money from the Regal Gentleman and/or Hunter Collective in London? How was he caught?
But smuggling hair clippers count at the airport, that one I don't get, unless methamphetamine and drug use paraphernalia items were seized within those barbershop items during a search at the airport. Was ProgienicTen also fighting with airport security and aviation transit guards? That would probably be contained in a local criminal criminal count in local court, again, depending on where at the airport it happened.
If the crime(s) being leveled is a serious one, he will also be made the subject of a deportation order if the court recommends that he be deported (even more serious a penalty than being refused entry/departure).
It doesn't look good at all. It is safe to say it will be a long time before this message board is filled up with his barbershop pictorial nonsense that some previously complained about.
Thanks for the update on ProgienicTen.

BuzzLife Rules:
This board is designed to be a destination to discuss male haircuts, from buzzcuts, flattops, bald, and more!
By using this, you accept all liability for your posts and their contents. BuzzLife administration and Boardhost accept no liability whatsoever by posts, ideas, opinions, links to external sources, videos, to name a few among the vast amount of content that could be contained in said posts. Therefore, you post it, whatever it may be, you’re responsible for it. Enough said.
Photos, videos, and other content posted should involve men who appear to be of age. Any link/poster that sends images, videos, etc. of those who appear to be below acceptable age will be removed. This results in an instant ban for life
This is designed for male haircutting, and males should be the subject of the haircut. Females should not be the subject of the haircut in posts, photos, and discussions, however, females are free to join and discuss our common interests.
No sexual posts allowed. No political posts allowed.
In terms of common sense, do not post replies to such videos or photos saying things like “sexy handsome man without hair” or “better ####ing shave it next time” or any other suggestive or inappropriate comments. This only does many things. It makes the user remove the video due to being “creeped out” by said comments, look to see where the user found their video (and can see terms searched, such as headshaving, male haircut, and even links from this board). It only brings out a negative view of our community and makes us more noticeable, rather than keeping it quiet. Keeping it quiet is best, it allows us to continue sharing content without people starting to think “will I get creepy people send me stuff”. To sum it up, don’t be a creep on other people’s videos. Saying you look good such as “nice haircut” is acceptable; saying “you look sexy handsome with that new haircut :-*” is unacceptable. I cannot control what you post on other websites, but please keep your true comments to yourself, or as we often see, “This video has been removed by the user” will pop up. Please use proper judgment to keep the videos posted public for all to see and enjoy.
In addition, please try to do your best to provide reference to what content is being presented. The internet is wide, I understand that. But if you are going to post a YouTube link, write a quick thing next to the link (moptop shorn) or reference where you got an image from (i.e., post a link and the image) so we can see it easier if there is problem. Only goes to help us out more!
Be civil on the board. We’re all grown mature (hopefully) men. Let’s keep it mature and civil on here.
Be smart about what you post! If you use proper judgment, it will generally be fine. Just consider these rules before posting.
Any problems and questions, e-mail me at buzzlifeboard@gmail.com
I tried to make these rules fair and understanding. They are only here to make the best for the continuation of our community. Any comments or problems or suggestions, please message me or post here.
