Mac, If you have the DVD, or perhaps you attended in person, of the 45th reunion Birchemere show, Buddy Woodward was a part of the "Incompetent Incumbents." That was the group, led by George,that performed "Rider" prior to the trio taking the stage. George introduced Buddy as a dear friend from New York. Buddy got the solo line "Ain't got a nickel" etc. I've been friends with him on face book for some time now. He seems like a nice fella and is dedicated to his craft.
