By the way - as a side note to this topic, John Stewart had trouble remembering lyrics to his own songs toward the end of his life. The last time I saw him perform he had a music stand on stage, which I'd never seen him use before. And now that I think of it, Glenn Yarbrough had the same issue that last time I worked with him. He didn't use a music stand tho - he just held a lyric sheet in his hands. It was kinda cheesy, in my opinion. I think when you're doing a concert where people pay $40 or more for a seat, you owe it to them to be professional. Maybe a music stand is somewhat acceptable, but I prefer to have no distractions between me and the audience. Deferring to a music stand says that you're not prepared. Just my opinion.
