Yesterday’s mail brought a bill from FedEx for the import duty. They want an additional $18.40 for two items totaling $75.00 on top of the shipping paid at the time of the order (then adjusted by 5% in response to the whole mess).

Good timing/bad timing. I see where FedEx yesterday filed a suit against the administration for return of the collected duties based on the Supreme Court’s ruling invalidating the program. So I figure that I will pay and note that I am now a party to the suit/member of the class action and expect to be reimbursed the duty paid when FedEx prevails.
