Thanks Jon! A couple of things caught my eye with this photo. First, the "main battery director station" on top of the Forward Fighting Top is completely opened up. I wonder why all the bulkheads on this level were removed.
Second, notice RADM Kidd's flag flying high above the Main Fighting Top.
Kidd would transfer his flag to USS Nevada on 11/9/41 just before Task Force Two went to Sea, leaving USS Arizona behind.
Arizona would join the Task Force after her repairs were complete on 12/13/41.
While at sea, Arizona would temporary become the second ship of BATDIV 1, following the lead of the flag ship USS Nevada.
On 12/17/41, both ships returned to Pearl and Kidd transferred his flag back to USS Arizona.
Also notice Admiral Halsey's flag flying from the top of USS Enterprise's main mast.

This is a cropped shot of a much larger picture taken from the West side of Ford Island looking across the island towards the navy yard.
Here we can see the Forward and the Main Tripod Masts of USS Arizona in Drydock #1.
This photo also captured the Superstructure of USS Enterprise at berth F-2.
