The Heller 1/100th kit is by far the best one (unless you go wood plank-on-frame ones).

It takes a lot of work to do well and correct the errors.

There are several "build" posts on the Web, and looking at one of these will give you an idea of the work required and the results one can obtain.

You can build it "straight out of the box" - it builds nicely, and looks good, but your painting skills must be good.
