Greetings Joe, I build for money, a good place to start is 10X the cost of the kit.. thats a good start point..if they want a bunch of extras like brass upgrades and 3D printed stuff requiring more work you just need to charge for the materials and what you feel you need for the extra work, this is what I do you wont get rich, but I do pretty well..I hope this helps.. How much to build this kit or that kit. I know I can charge whatever I like but I want to be realistic. Many years ago I saw a similar discussion, not sure if it was here or not. The discussion at the time stated 10 to 15 time the cost of the kit. Does anyone know if there is some kind of guide on this.
