Raven & Roberts British Battleship WW2 has a profile drawing of HMS Rodney 1942 and it shows no shields for 4.7" guns. Shelter-deck plan states on both sides of the funnel "gunner's ready-use store", but that probably does not mean ammo locker?

first, were any splinter shields on these guns installed before she Bismarck action?
Also, did she use "ready use ammo lockers" on deck near the guns?
