Without getting into details, the owner passed away in a January. There are issues to be sorted out by the staff with his passing. It is not a technical (e.g., server) problem.

I have it on good authority that the owner is alive and well. Some kind of technical issue. Rumor has it it's a dead server. See the thread below.
