According to my references the HMS Hood was in a RN world cruise force between November,1923 to September,1924. Because some of the sailors at the pier look American this might be at Honolulu ,HI
, Victoria ,British Columbia , San Francisco,Ca,and then the Panama Canal are the possible places that the photos were taken.
