Hobby Market is not the maker. The maker is a Greek company called Hellenic Navy. Hobby Market is simply the online store that sells the product. If you look, they also sell other brands like this kit by Grand Models:

Just received my 1/700 Asheville-Class PGM gun boat from Hobby Market. They are 3D printed and very nicely done. There is Hellenic Navy version also (must have some differences from US version). Hope Hobby Market will release more 1/700 kits.
