I was looking at TLAR's site, and found he's now offering this:

If you read his notes beneath, you find he got the Gaga kit, but "it was all wrong," so he decided to make one of his own (using the Gaga kit as his foundation, from the looks of it.) You and I determined the Gaga kit was of the ship circa 1965. That is why he thought it was wrong. His kit is the later "classic" version from something more like 1975.

I know you were considering toying with converting your Gaga kit to the later version. If you're interested, now here you don't have to. At the end of his notes, he gives an email address for international customers.

I am toying with getting this myself. I got his Point class USCG cutter several years back. He's a "personable" fellow, who is really having a blast making these kits, and hoping to share his fun, and make some money while he's at it. These are cast kits, and a bit crude, but workable. And, you can see his images of what you'd get.
