The prison was used as accommodation when I was there 79-82 (I was at St Georges school then). I stayed there a number of time on Youth club camps, Anglo Chinese camps, D of E camps and I am sure some others. The girls would be in one block the boys in the other, and we would spend half the night trying to sneak into the girls block without getting caught. Happy days.
