Colin, You are party right in what you say. I spent quite some time with HK Tourist Board at the Star Ferry Terminal who in turn did a lot of research for me. There is a bus service (I beleive it was a 6A) but it only runs during opoen days. I would love to see the old video if you let me have it. One thing we did find is that sites such as Google HK are more informative than the UK site. From what we could see the staion itels, East Pier and the JR mess all gone. I think that our bungalows and some of the flats could still exist. That said whilst driving along the coast road (by the new container port) you can zoom in on the bay area and it doesn't look familiar. On that subject of familier, I was amazed how relaxed and at home I felt wandering from Star Ferry to Nathan Road, past Chins Arts & Crafts, although much has changed including the new YMCA building and the underpass and a helipad on top of the Peninsula Hotel.
