The Stonecutters Bridge continues its progress, saw the tail end of the Channel Five Megastructures TV program last week which had some good views of the Island and how the Bridge dominates it. Channel Five have not put this program on their 'On-Demand' replay site as yet.

However, if you type Stonecutters Bridge into Google Images, you can see some 4,000 images of the Bridge with the Island in the background. You can also see more pictures at http://www.stonecuttersbridge.net/en/main.htm - by the way, you do NOT need to install any IE language packs to view these pages. The bridge may look impressive, but the Island certainly does not look the place to live today!!!
