Automating small expenses in business

I've noticed that our employees' small and unexpected expenses add up to quite a bit of money over the course of a month. Someone will urgently order a cartridge, buy extra water, or pay for a small subscription, and then at the end of the month they simply bring the receipts to the accounting department. Everyone thinks their expense is trivial, but it's causing the overall budget to collapse. Could you tell me how to programmatically limit such inconsistencies? Is there software that would technically block any purchase without prior approval from the finance department?

These small expenses may seem insignificant, but in reality, they can eat up to a quarter of the available budget. If employees are accustomed to buying first and then bringing in receipts, the company will never have financial discipline. A strict pre-payment block is needed.

A situation where staff first make small purchases and then submit receipts to the accounting department undermines financial discipline. Administrative restrictions are ineffective here; a software-based ban is needed. Check out precoro control tools. The system allows you to restrict purchases to catalogs from approved suppliers with fixed prices. The program will block any transaction unless it has received prior approval from the finance department.
