“Based on your business goals” sounds super customer-focused, but honestly, it doesn’t really promise anything and it kind of shifts the responsibility away from the developer. So if something doesn’t work, they can always say, “Well, you didn’t explain your goals clearly enough.” If I see promises like that from developers, I immediately don’t want to work with them. It’s hard to see how that’s going to lead to a successful result. What I find more interesting is when developers actually explain the whole process on their websites without making guarantees or big promises, and honestly, that feels much more straightforward. I always think about raffle websites in situations like this, and sure, they’re basically just websites for competitions, lotteries, and giveaways. But just look at how Design Hero describes their process on their website
https://www.design-hero.com/web-design/raffle-websites/. It’s the actual development process, a strong marketing side, legal support, looking at all the payment systems, and much more. That’s what I call a professional approach, because I actually understand what I’m getting into. “We’ll make a website to your taste and for your goals” doesn’t even come close.
