Oh, old dark tattoos on the skin are truly a big aesthetic problem. I'm sure a dense artistic cover-up would suit you perfectly. I myself covered an old army patch on my arm with a new design. The artist selected a design with deep shadows that completely removed the old dark pigment without the use of a laser.
