Guys, please help me. I stupidly got a terrible mess on my forearm when I was younger, and I can't even look at it anymore. I want a good cover-up, but the old tattoo is quite dark and dense. Is it really possible to cover up the dark pigment with a normal design without laser treatment, or will the color bleed through over time? Has anyone had experience with cover-ups? How difficult is it?
