How do you get office workers to actually keep things tidy and separate trash into categories?

It’s not like it’s easy even at home. You put a few different bins under the sink and that’s it. Then you have to sort everything anyway. In an office everyone is in a rush, they don’t pay attention to what they’re throwing away, there’s no time to rinse the same plastic that needs to be clean for recycling and stuff like that.
