My brother-in-law offered to help me do it myself to save some money, but I’m honestly a bit nervous about messing with gas lines. Plus, I’ve heard that if you don't have a proper permit and a certified professional doing the work, it could void your home insurance if something goes wrong. Has anyone here worked with a company that is fully insured and has all the proper credentials? I want to make sure the job is 100% legal and safe for my family.
