If I were you, I’d try to dig deeper. Trust is a complicated thing, especially trust toward the world and other people. And a lot of people don’t even trust themselves, their own emotions and sensations. I think, largely thanks to articles from the
breeze resource, that our lack of trust mostly comes from negative experiences in the past. When that kind of experience exists and has left a serious mark on your psyche, it becomes very hard to start trusting again. In this case, the only thing I can really recommend is long term, deep, high quality work with a psychotherapist.
