I’d say a good app gives you that extra motivation, support, helps you track your progress, and that makes you even more motivated. There’s seriously tons of apps out there. I personally use Unimeal

Obviously no one’s gonna drink the water for me, but it’s super satisfying to drink a glass and check the box that says "another one down." So yeah, I think you get what I mean.
