I'm a long time BBQ'er and new to the competition scene. I took 1st place in pulled pork at the 2015 Fiddle 'N Pig Shindig in Fort Mill and have been asked to come back as a vendor as they're not doing the competition in 2016. I'm in need of a larger smoker to help me cook for the event (early Sept). Let me know if you have / are aware of any options. I might be able to help you out. I need to check for scheduling conflicts. Is the Shindig the weekend of September 10th?

Hey! I lived in Greenville for ~9yrs and moved back to FM ~5yrs ago. Yes, the Fiddle N Pig is planned for the weekend of 9/10, so I'd need to get it the weekend before if possible so I can cook a few batches before the event.
