I'm a long time BBQ'er and new to the competition scene. I took 1st place in pulled pork at the 2015 Fiddle 'N Pig Shindig in Fort Mill and have been asked to come back as a vendor as they're not doing the competition in 2016. I'm in need of a larger smoker to help me cook for the event (early Sept). Let me know if you have / are aware of any options. I'm hoping to earn some $$ to support my BBQ addiction.
