Well a little rain (at least it wasn't ice and snow) didn't keep the 56 Pro and Amateur teams from competing in the Pork competition this past Saturday in Ridgeway. The competition was designated a Pork event as the cooker had the option to cook whole hog or butts. Winning in the Pro Class was:
Thanks Diane for the encouraging words. Nice going Steel boys...again! Even though the customary rain tried to dampen the spirits, we had a great time...congrats to all the winners and cookers for a great cause.
